Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary, including in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Dispatch and Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday to Saturday are eligible for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched on the next dispatch day. We are closed on Sundays.

We offer free next day delivery to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within one month of receiving your item.

  • Unused items returned in sellable condition are eligible for a full refund.
  • Used items may qualify for a partial refund depending on their condition.
  • Refunds are initiated within 2 days after we receive the returned item.

8. Damaged Items

If an item is received damaged, we will replace the damaged part within 2 working days once the issue has been confirmed. Customers should contact us promptly and provide relevant details or images where requested.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including delivery address, vehicle compatibility where relevant, and contact information, are correct before completing a purchase.
